Creation is appearance of objects or properties that did not exist before, while obliteration is their disappearance. Creation and obliteration are inevitable cycle in nature. Furthermore, creation can be considered as a phenomenon where something becomes visible and extinction can be considered as a phenomenon where something becomes invisible. Based on this thought, this exhibition attempts to discuss creation and obliteration of images in drawings. In regards to the process of producing a work of art, production method usually involves repetition of appearance through drawing and disappearance through erasing. Appearance of a drawing is creation of new layers, but also obliteration of existing layers. In addition, disappearance through erasure is obliteration of the old and at the same time creation of the new. Like so, a work of art is produced through countless repetitions of drawing, erasing, drawing, erasing, drawing, erasing... Audience will realize that "drawing" plays the role of erasing an existing image with a new image and that "erasing" creates yet another image by erasing an existing image. ¨Ï
